Common Errors with Uploads
- Make sure all addresses (recipient and sender) are valid and include necessary suite/unit/apt numbers
- Only use two-letter state and country codes (e.g., "TX" for Texas and "US" for United States)
- Please note the specific Service and Mailpiece type inputs in the required fields section above
- Files must be in .CSV format
- Make sure that all sections are completely and accurately filled out, if required
- Make sure that the shipping date is only up to 7 days in the future, otherwise it can cause the file to fail
- Make sure that the Sender / Recipient Phone Number is 10 digits maximum and do not include any hyphens (-) or the leading '1' in front of the number (e.g., 7042345678)
- Make sure that the Sender / Recipient ZIP Codes are 5 digits maximum and do not include the last / extra four digits (e.g., 28262-1111) of the ZIP Code
- Mailpiece dimensions must be whole numbers, not half sizes. Please round up all dimensions to the nearest whole number
- Mailpiece and Service Types must be entered in the correct section. To view a full list of the supported Service and Mailpiece types via File Upload, please refer to Service and Mailpiece type section above
- International shipments only - Contents must match one of the categories for Content Types (Documents, Gifts, Merchandise, Returned Goods, Commercial Sample, Humanitarian Donation, Dangerous Goods, and / or Other)
