File Uploads to CNSv2

Upload up to 1000 addresses with a CSV file to efficiently mass create shipping labels. Uploaded labels are grouped in a batch within the Enhanced Click-N-Ship® Label Manager.

Error Messaging Displayed When a File has Exceeded the 1,000 Label Limit: 

When users attempt to upload a .CSV file that has exceeded the 1,000-file upload limit via File Upload, they will see the following error message displayed advising them to remove some of the labels in their file to proceed with uploading their .CSV file. See Available Features below for additional information.

Personal and business account customers may select to download a file of instructions to assist them in understanding the required and necessary fields needed in order to successfully import a file.

To download instructions for File Upload: 

  1. Select the File Upload (Import Labels) tab on the homepage.

Batch labels allow you to create multiple domestic labels that have the same weight, return address and service type. The max limit is 1000 labels per batch, however the load time for larger batches may take an extended amount of time. 

Steps to upload labels to the Enhanced CNS application

1Create a .CSV file with label information (e.g., recipient addresses, desired service and mailpiece type, etc.).
2Click "Import Labels" tile on the Enhanced Click-N-Ship Home Page.
3Click the "I have my own file to upload" option.
4Click "Select CSV File to Upload" button and select the .CSV file that you would like to upload.
5Click "Next" and assign your labels to a new or existing batch.
6Click "Next: Import Labels" and map your file headers to the appropriate Enhanced Click-N-Ship fields.
7Click "Confirm Mapping & Import Labels" to begin the upload.  
8If your file successfully uploaded, you will be able to view your labels in the Enhanced Click-N-Ship Label Manager.
