Exporting from the Address Book
You may export your address book by group(s), individual selections, by letter or all.
- To export your address book by group, click on the Address Book tab in the Click-N-Ship® toolbar. Follow these steps to export your Address Book:
- Select which group(s) you'd like to export.
- Click "Export Group" button.
- A dialogue box will display to ask what you want to do with the file you selected to export. Options may be to "Save", "Open", or "Cancel". Once you make your selection, the export is complete.
- To export your address book by All or by select individual(s), click on "All" to display all names in the address book:
- To export the entire address book, click the checkbox below "All" next to the Name column; all names in the address book will be checked. You may de-select any address you don't wish to export by clicking the checkbox next to their name. To export specific addresses only, uncheck the box below "All" and click the checkbox next to the names of the address you wish to export.
- Click the "Export" button.
- A dialogue box will display to ask what you want to do with the file you selected to export. Options may be to "Save", "Open", or "Cancel". Once you make your selection, the export is complete.
- To export your address book by letter:
- Click on the letter of the last names you'd like to export. Only the names of contacts for that letter will display.
- Click the checkbox next to the names to export, or click the checkbox under "All" to select all names for that letter.
- Click the "Export" button.
- A dialog box will display to ask what you want to do with the file you selected to export. Options may be to "Save", "Open", or "Cancel". Once you make your selection, the export is complete.
